📋 Steps – How
1️⃣ Preparation
- Confirm camera position and lighting one hour before the event.
- Use a single main camera on tripod (1080p minimum).
- Set up directional microphone or wireless lavalier.
2️⃣ Recording
- Record continuously using Adobe Premiere Capture or DSLR.
- Monitor audio levels (−6 dB avg / −3 dB peak).
- Log timing and key moments for editing notes.
3️⃣ Post-Production
- Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro; clean audio in Audition.
- Add DPMU intro/outro, speaker nameplate, and logo watermark.
- Validate final cut with L. Vessiere before publication.
4️⃣ Publication
- Upload final video to DPMU YouTube channel and embed on website.
- Share on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X via Zoho Social.
- Archive master files on Zoho WorkDrive → Audiovisual / Conferences.
