    • Question types (multiple choice, true/false, open-ended)
    • Correct answers and point values

The Academic Coordinator reviews and validates the content before publication.

  2. Create the Quiz in MasterStudy LMS
    Log in to
    dubai-precious-metals-university.com/wp-admin.
Navigate to MasterStudy LMS → Quizzes → Add New.
    Fill in:

    • Title: Name of the quiz (e.g., “Module 1 Assessment”)
    • Description: Instructions or grading rules
    • Duration: Set time limit (e.g., 30 min)
    • Passing Grade: Define the minimum score for validation

    Then click Save.

  3. Add Questions

    • Question text
    • Answer options (for multiple choice)
    • Mark the correct answer
    • Assign points per question

Repeat for all quiz items and click Save Quiz.

  4. Link Quiz to a Course or Lesson
Go to MasterStudy LMS → Courses.
    Open the relevant course, then:

    • In the Curriculum tab, click Add Quiz
    • Select the newly created quiz from the list
    • Click Update

The quiz will now appear in the student’s learning sequence.

  5. Test and Validate
Preview the quiz as a student:

    • Check that questions display correctly
    • Confirm scoring logic and timing
    • Ensure results appear after submission (if enabled)

The Academic Coordinator performs the final check before activation.

  6. Publish and Monitor
Once validated, set the quiz status to Published.
Students can access it via their dashboard under the relevant module.
Instructors monitor submissions via MasterStudy LMS → Quiz Results.
Results can be exported if needed (CSV or Excel).
