Ensure efficient and quality-controlled content updates on the DPMU website while maintaining visual consistency, SEO standards, and data accuracy.

🧭 What
This process applies to all text, image, video, and document modifications made to the DPMU website via WordPress and Elementor.
📋 Steps – How
1️⃣ Request and Validation
- Receive content update requests through Zoho CRM or internal email (communication@dpmu.com).
- Validate the relevance and source of the requested change (academic, administrative, marketing).
- Log the request in Zoho Projects with responsible person and deadline.
2️⃣ Content Preparation
- Prepare text content using Microsoft Word (Office 365) and check grammar and formatting.
- Edit images with Adobe Photoshop (optimize for web in WebP format).
- Ensure all documents uploaded are final, named properly, and version-controlled in Zoho WorkDrive.
3️⃣ Integration on the DPMU Website
- Login to the DPMU WordPress admin panel.
- Edit the target page with Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Apply the visual layout consistent with the DPMU design (spacing, colors, fonts).
- Update media through the Media Library ensuring compression and ALT tags for accessibility.
4️⃣ Validation and Publication
- Preview all changes before publishing (desktop / mobile / tablet).
- Validate the content with the Director of Communication.
- Publish and test page loading time (< 2.5s).
